Erica is an New York-based actor, comedian and writer. She is a gifted sketch and character performer with a bold, quirky and playful approach. Erica was recently featured in the final callback round for the Just For Laughs Festival in Montreal as a New Faces Characters performer. Her knack for making people laugh combined with confident audition skills have gotten her booked on several commercials with high profile comedians and actors. 

 

She regularly performs characters and sketch all over NYC (BoogieManja Sketch Collective, Upright Citizen’s Brigade, The Second City, The PIT, Brooklyn Comedy Collective) and her solo show Stay Funny. Stay Scared. has been featured at Portland Sketch Fest, Austin Sketch Fest, Philly Sketch Fest and iO Fest in Chicago. The show features original characters and storytelling all based around themes of horror movies and how they relate to comedy. 

 

Erica’s self-produced mini series This Shit Is ___ is currently streaming on the newly launched Laugh After Dark TV app, available on major streaming platforms. She both wrote and starred in the series.

 

Erica studies acting at The Barrow Group (Seth Barrish, Lee Brock) and The Ken Studio (Ken Schatz). While Erica identifies as half-clown, the other half admires truth in comedy and she loves bringing that depth of character to her work. Erica is also a trained singer (soprano).
